metal braces

Aurora Braces

Through regular adjustments with our doctor, braces components will gradually move the teeth into the desired position as they work together to apply gentle pressure. Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. Braces are made of metal or ceramic brackets are attached to your teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics.

Aurora braces are an excellent choice for correcting many simple and complex issues with your teeth. Because braces sometimes work faster at closing gaps and aligning teeth than other options might, overall treatment time might be shorter. Aurora braces a cost-effective orthodontic option if you’re worried about your budget. This is because braces don’t require some of the expensive equipment or more complicated technology that newer treatments can.

Aurora Invisalign

Rather than brackets and bands, the Aurora Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually move the teeth into alignment. Invisalign is currently the top alternative to traditional braces because it’s an incredibly popular choice with both patients and orthodontists.

Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and designed to fit snugly over your teeth. You’ll switch your virtually invisible trays out every 1-2 weeks for the next in the series. This keeps the teeth moving in the right direction! In order for aligners to do their job, they must be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment. If you don’t wear the aligners as directed, you may see a negative impact on the results and also add time to the orthodontic process.

Invisalign most effective when used to correct the most common orthodontic issues. Invisalign may not be a great option for complex cases. A free consultation with Advanced Orthodontics will be able to help determine if you’re eligible for Invisalign.
