When should I bring my child to see an orthodontist
The American Association of Orthodontists suggests an orthodontic screening for children at the age of seven. By this stage, most children have several permanent teeth that have emerged, allowing us to assess their orthodontic needs effectively.
At this critical age, Dr. Nielson and Dr. Bingham can identify subtle issues related to jaw growth and emerging teeth, even while some baby teeth are still present.
