All I can truly say is - amazing service! A persons smile is so powerful and I truly trust no one else other than Dr. Nielson and his staff to make sure mine is maintained and taken care of! I recommend they’re office for both children and adult services! Dr. Nielson office is honest, transparent and offer solutions that the patient is comfortable with! Dr. Nielson has been such a godsend of an orthodontist for my daughter and me. We had been to a previous orthodontist who really messed up our treatment plans. Always a great experience here! Very caring and attentive staff, who are always welcoming and kind. My babysitter cancelled on me last minute, so I had to bring my 1 year old with me to my appointment, and she sat on my lap the whole time and they gave her a cute toothbrush to play with during my appointment to help, and brought the scanning machine over to the chair I was already in, so I didn’t have to move myself or my daughter. It was so thoughtful for a mom just trying to get through an appointment! Thank you Advanced Ortho!

Advanced Orthodontics is a wonderful place for many reasons. The staff are all very kind and inviting all the time, which is so refreshing. They are 99% of the time on time/schedule. Often, they are ahead of schedule! I appreciate how clean the office is, too! They care about their patients. Dr. Nielsen is very honest and he has the BEST bedside manner. He is THE BEST!!! He said my 10yo was not ready and I appreciated the honesty. Our 13yo currently is in braces and I am finishing Invisalign to correct my overbite that was causing daily headaches. This office goes above and beyond. We will be using them for our 10yo when ready and 5yo when she’s ready because everyone here is SO GREAT!!!!!

Dr. Nielsen and his staff are a group of wonderful people!!! I have braces and have been a patient for a little over a year. Each time I've gone in for my appointments the staff are always friendly, professional, and the office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The thing that really stood out too is that Dr. Nielsen is concerned about his patients - you're not just a number to him and that makes him stand out from the rest.
